Welcome to the Lancaster Edibles Venture Kitchen

Located at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, Mt. Joy Culinary Center, there are four commercial kitchens available to rent with state of the art equipment, cold storage, and dry storage available.

Whether you are a farmer interested in adding value to your crops by extending the harvest and preserving them for later sale, a caterer, restaurant owner, church group, community organization, or specialty food producer, Lancaster Edibles Venture Kitchen is available to help you grow your business.

Often it is difficult for food entrepreneurs to invest in commercial kitchen equipment in addition to the other resources needed to start or grow a business. This is where Lancaster Edibles Venture Kitchen can help. Hours of rental are:

• Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM,
• Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Daytime hours between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM are available in June, July and August
